As a serious student of history, we must say you really have gotten into some serious and heavy deliberation on the founding of the United States of Americia....

From what I have been able to glean from the pages of history, {of course you must beware of which or who's history you read!! }  it appears that the people are and have been some what in the back ground in the formation and execution of government...  Most do not seem to know or care about what or how things are done by those who govern...  It is a sad state of affairs, but true never the less....

This gets us to the point where we are to day with a republic form of government,  of which many of the Representatives are only listening to the voice of the special interest groups{Mainly Money Interest}.....  There is so much bannering of the issues to keep the people voting for the Representatives, who do not really deliver any true reselution....   BTW: It would be better to never reelect anyone, thus break the institution of continuous power brokers, and their disservice to the country and it's citizens....    This is just the tip of the ice berg, we can move into more detailed discussions later....     See Ya  K
