Well I see that you have continued on your walk; Thru life.... This is important because we see so many who start, but soon abandon their efforts and seek their previous involvments....
You are determined to show the courage and will to go on... Good for you!!
We are all on a diet, it is just what kind of a diet are we on... The best advice I have seen is to use the 80/20 method... That is eat the proper foods 80% of the time and then you can enjoy some other stuff the remaining 20% .... Most people are on the 20/ 80 diet I fear...
