They work for me too, Leslie!
I have carpal tunnel since 1991, when it got so bad I couldn't type for 5 minutes without many shooting pains. Then I learned about Nikken magnets and have been wearing them on my wrists when I type ever since -- and I'm still a typist for a living!
I'm glad you brought this up, though, because sometimes I forget the magnets can be used on other pains as well, and I have a bad cramp in my left foot today.
By the way, a neuromuscular therapist told me way back when to be sure and polarize the magnets with your body. I.e., if you have a pain only on the left side, but magnets of equal strength on both the left AND right side of the body in the same basic area. This way the magnetic stuff won't get imbalanced from having the magnet(s) on just one side. For instance even though my pain is only in my left foot, I will place magnets on both the left foot and the right foot!
Cheers,
