It sounds like you were in terrible shock and
everything happened so quick, you could not speak up.

I wonder if you could go back and
talk to them.

I imagine they thought you were taking the item
without paying.

Sounds like you were not aware of the rule,
is that true?

at least a bit.

I would not want you to have something on your record
that you took something, when this was not the case.
