Sounds like you're doing really well! Expect your insides to be feeling strange, weird, and noisy. It's totally fine.
If you're doing plain water enemas - make sure to add a little salt (4 teaspoons for a full enema bag). Otherwise the water will absorb into your colon, instead of coming out.
