Thanks for your post....   We do not nor have any of our children ever been on any drug... 

I think the problem comes with the Ads and Mass Media, infomercials....  My Mother was a RN, and we only went to the doctor for required physicals...  She knew the system...   It is a shame that so many young people are sucked into the so called "Normal use of drugs" and it is these and the simple minded who are most effected by the "Big Drug" culture...  Refer to some past blogs at "Brain Boot Camp" which concur with your post....
