First let me ask if you have noticed any growth increasing recently??

Do you have any permanent marks or records that track your growth? A growth diary, if you will??

Second, how tall are your parents, and their parents? You should attain something similar, but you are not necessarily 'stuck' at growing to this heighth.

Now, what size shoes do you wear, and are your feet growing fast, or have they?

Your body is going to grow from the feet up, as all bodies do as they mature. You are entering the growth to maturity phase.

Lastly, like the post above stated, eat well, avoid alcohol, and do not involve yourself in witchcraft/pharmakia, or more commonly, drug use, of any kind. Nutrition is the primary method you have of controlling your bodys' growth. Give your body all the good nutrition it needs.

You have about a decade of growth ahead of you, so do what you can to keep yourself very healthy, so that nature can take its course.

Lastly, let me assure you, I know no one who grew 3 inches or less from 13 to their mature heighth. You will attain a good heighth. I suggest you find out what the usual growth is when it comes to these last few years, for the human body. In that way, you will assure yourself that your growth will be fine.
