I used to get daily headaches. I was tested and found to have food allergies. I had copper and lead in my water from very acidic water and copper pipes. It turns out that many migraine sufferers have high copper and lead levels. I have used Feverfew, Niacin, White Willow, Kava Kava, Celery Juice, B1, B2, and many other remedies.

Get tested for allergies you could even use an elimination diet if you don't have the funds for testing check out books on this at your library.

Get a hair test to see to check for heavy metals. That cost me $45 but a doctor has to order it my naturopath ordered mine. If you have blue/green stains in your sink or tub you probably have a problem.

Don't take any herbs until you check into what meds you take you don't want an adverse reaction.

You may want to try a homeopathic remedy....it worked for my "rain headaches"

You could try a nasal lavage if these are sinus headaches.
