to get my protein , omega3 and 6 and also fiber from,
as a no animal , no soy , non dairy eating lifestyle that
I maintain by personal choice,
because of the high toxicities of the *norm* means,
that most persons in society as a whole seem to embrace.
In addition legumes, nuts, etc. also give good protein.
as do many other sources, such as grains and avocados,
and many fresh vegetables.
