Well people I have to confess. Last year I purchased 'French Women Don't Get Fat' having fallen victim to the wiles of the diet book industry (really designed to imprison women). At least I didn't buy Dr.Phil's book! Anyway, I decided to make my leek soup to drink for two days (starting tomorrow) and today I ate some of the leeks. Well OMG I've never had such errrrr...gastrointestinal activity before.

I am stepping up my weight loss efforts as the wedding is in eight months and I've lost about an inch off my waist. Hence, the leek soup water thing. I don't expect to lose massive weight just get the whole thing in a different gear.

I got my first real paycheck last week. Happy happy happy and I actually was able to buy groceries and good organic food. I'm also happy to get young coconut water without preservatives at a reasonable price.

My period is supposed to come tomorrow and I've not had the usual nasty experiences. I did have a series of small emotional tantrums last week but not as bad as before. Some of them used to be BAD.


More tomorrow. I just got back from a body sculpt class and I'm tired :-)
