I wish you luck at the wedding and if your like me it will be hard to stay away from the cake. I started my first cleanse 6 months ago and totally believe in it's healing powers. I have been on 2 Mastercleanses and have put my mother, to whom i had resolved myself to lossing because of illnesses she has, on the diet as well. she already is getting feeling back in her feet which we were sure would be amputated by next year because of no circulation. If you can be strong and remember that you are doing something wonderfull for yourself, your body will thank you with a long healthy life. I have lost 50 pounds in 5 months doing several diffrent cleanses and i no longer take any medications for body or mind which i was on many ,because of my inner health getting better all the time. I do miss bakery iteams, though only in my head. Good luck
