I remember first reading about the Master Cleanser in Details magazine over 10 years ago. It was a short little blurb, but it peaked my interest and my best friend and I attempted it soon afterwards. Back then I didn't care about the health aspects, I was more interested in the euphoric feeling the article promised, but obviously not THAT interested as I think we only made it 3 days that first time. Over the next 10 years I attempted the MC a couple more times, quitting each time at the 3 day mark, never really taking it seriously, until this year. I completed a 10 day MC in January and again in April, after the second I also greatly restructured my diet. I am a big fan of the MC for many reasons, one of which is how it makes it much easier to break your addictions. Sadly, my addictions to coffee, sugar, and sin have re-entered my life after my hedonistic summer holiday, where I returned to my previously deplorable eating habits. Hence, I am embarking on this latest MC, for the both the cleansing and the fresh start that is on the other side of it.
