Hi,
Do make a distinctinction between the Brain, which is the physical aparatus located in the cranium, and the Mind, which is non-local, non-physical, and uses the brain to transmit and receive information regarding the physical and metaphysical reality?
I had an experience yesterday where I could feel the "reserves" in my brain, i.e., the neurotransmitters and other raw materials, rapidly depleting. I could feel my "Mind" slipping away.... as scary as that seems.
I knew what the problems was... what my brain needed: high quality brain fuel and the raw ingredients to manufacture high quality neurotransmitters.
After I "fed my brain"... it still took several hours before I felt even close to normal again. It was rough.... and I never want to go through that again unprepared.
To tap into the higher function of the Mind, the Brain must be in optimal health. For me, Superfoods is the way to go.
