It's true that many people are dying in these countries. It's also true that the 'leaders' of many of these countries are murderous dictators who take payola from 'charity' groups supplies. Think about it. A case of parasite zappers or expensive HIV drugs... which one would be more attractive to one of Thabo Mbeki's cronies? It's so sad.
