        well its still day one and now i am confused on what to do. I want to work out but i hear that since i won't have any calorie intake working out really won't do much good. How else am i suspose to keep my mind off food. So should i just eat a small no car breakfast then nothing else just to jump start my metabolism and continue my workout? or stop the workout thing all together no not gonna stop afraid i will get all flabby. i think i will just do a very low calorie diet and try that I will eat lunch - side salad then workout for 3 hours when i get home that would be 3 tae bo tapes then palites before bed once i get addicted to tae bo i don't want to stop and i am addicted again. i think i will go on a walk for lunch as well. yeah i think that is what i will do just do a low calorie no carb breakfast starting tomorrow and low calorie lunch today. Yeah I can't wait.
