Fear must be mastered or diminished, or else it will leave you helpless... Men have a fight or flee response to sheer terror, or fear.... The first requires resolve, and the will to over come the fear... The latter is just a cope out, giving up with out a fight... To flee is to relive the fear over and over, and you will have to face it again.... and again until you face it and over come it....
Do not panic in a fearful situation, you must get angry enough to respond to the fear... Once you can identify or classify the fear, you can deal with it... Then it becomes less of a threat, once you know what you are up against... This is the secret to stress management and over coming problems of fear and terror....
We can see discussions on these subject(s) on some of the Kerminator blogs... Remember fear is just not having a complete understanding of an unknown... Once your understanding of the fear is known then you can and will be able to control and or react in a positive manner to the fear / terror... Add This Message To Your CureZone Favorites!
