What works for me is spiritual matters first- knowing my Maker and I am loved by Him- most people do not consider this- search and seek-

Metal fillings.... too much junk food, too much coffee-

Not getting what you want out of life, refer to first one-

And not feeling comfortable in your own skin- do some thinking, this could relate to the first as well-

Enjoy life because your not dead yet- make it a life worth living for yourself and your family-
