I am now at work. I didn't anticipate how cleaning out would affect me. I am almost all the way out of my depression. I am ready to take a shower and wash my hair and take care of my face. I do believe God is going to restore me but I must make an effort.

Regret and guilt and resentment weigh heavy on my heart. I must take steps to turn myself back in the right direction.

Blessed Virgin I beg and beseech you to help me. Sweet Blessed Mother I pray that you put your hands on me and heal my mind and body. Blessed Mother put your healing power on my womb. Blessed Virgin please help me to forgive myself. Mary Queen of Peace bless my home and heal the deep family divisions between my mother and sister and I. I pray that the family I have never met forgives my mother and father. Blessed Mother help me to get a good regime of healing for my body... In Jesus Name AMEN.
