9th;    Have been a swimmer since knee high; so we relate well there...  Have swam with the Dolphins many times in various parts of the world...  They are intelligent creatures...    

 But you recent story reminds me of a similar event near the Naval Coastal Command near Panama City FL, over the past ten years or so have spent time in the area...  Back in '99 was detached there doing some reach work with the USAF / Navy...   We charted a sail boat and went out in the Gulf of Mexico, and would stop and swim with the Dolphins...   It was fun and  an enjoyable experience..

Well the year before last rented a pontoon boat to go out and go do  some swim with the Dolphins....   But now we were approached by the Authorities , and told that we could not proceed because we would be controlling wild sea creatures...  What a story control free sea creatures who come and go as they will...  DUH...  

So now we must be more selective about such things, but if you ever come over this way i promise to get you in the water with these beautiful of Gods creatures... Dolphins....
