Sorry I goofed up on the abstract of my last message. It was supposed to read "Day number three", not four. I'm jumping ahead of myself.

Well, now it really is day number four and I feel like I've been doing this for an eternity.

To put it short, I feel miserable. I am horribly fatigued, depressed, nauseous, spacey, my teeth are super sensitive and I have off and on flaring pains in my knee and toes. I also am experiencing the familiar and oh-so-mysterious bruising that I get with alkalizing raw food detox. Haven't lost any weight. In fact, I feel puffier than ever! I am just telling myself that this is all normal, because lots of stored acids are being dumped into my bloodstream right now, and are creating a temporary state of serious acidosis.

I dread pulling a double tomorrow, as there is never time to eat where I work. They expect us to go all day without food, but I never let that happen. Afterall, it's illegal!

I feel like curlng up into the fetal position and sucking my thumb. And crying like a baby. This sucks, this detox. Really bites.
