At http://www.mountainroseherbs.com 1/4 of  a pound costs 2-5$. You need at least 5-6 herbs (mandatory first three plus a couple more for balancing) for the bowel stimulator. These herbs will last for very long time as you take only capsules. Bentoite clay costs $5 for a pound, this will last for quite some time as you take it only 15-30%. The mostly used ingredient is psyllium husks which costs $12 a pound. Apple pectin is quite expensive but I don’t use in big quantities.

I would say that it will cost you less than $15-20 per 5 day of cleanse, 100gr of herbs is around $5-7 plus 300-400gr of P&B mix will be around $10-12.
