Good luck Melonsoda, I hope that you can stick with your plan, I started water fasting 8 days ago and I have found it frustrating because my weight keeps going up and down i have lost about seven pounds, I have heard that people take supplements such as some electrolytes, no sugar though, some people say that if they place a pinch of Himalayan salt under their tongue at night it helps them to sleep and some people add it too their water to help with leg cramps, anyhow I hope that you keep posting because it will certainly help me to keep going as well :) Add This Message To Your CureZone Favorites!
