I just looked back on my message of Dec. 2014. It is now almost Dec. of 2015 and I am still trying to get the message out about agoraphobia and hyperphoria. I am still without major agoraphobic symptoms. I flew to California for the 6th time this year to attend my granddaughter's wedding. I have another wedding to attend this year on Nov. 14th and am looking forward to it. This is my grandson's wedding. I shop once a week with my husband and he goes his way I go mine. We meet at the checkout. I haven't had a panic attack in over ten years. I still get anxiety but use a small amount of xanax when needed. I still have a hard time being alone but that is called monophobia and is probably due to a childhood condition. But my agoraphobic symptoms are gone. Thanks to the prism glasses. If I am in an animated conversation and moving my head back and forth a lot I feel the dizziness but it never goes into a full blown panic induced phobia because I know the reason and stop the movement. You can definitely live with something if you understand what is happening. Prism glasses are an absolute miracle to suffer from this condition is ridiculous move out of your comfort zone and just believe. All the best to you always, Yolanda
