I've been eating black beans everyday.
I cook a cup of dry black beans.
I've soaked them before but I'm weary of the anthocyanins going in the water I use to soak the beans and throwing it out.
I don't get gas from black beans, they seem to be fine.

I heard cooking them with seaweed helps.
I haven't tried that.
Anyway, I have bowel movements daily now, that's rare for me.
My intestines just feel clean.
I have loads of energy.
I found out recently I'm vitamin d deficient and couldn't get out of bed most days and now I have lots of energy so yes black beans are amazing.!
