You did AMAZING and yes you pushed yourself too far (live & learn). It will take a moment to get your blood sugar and electrolytes in balance. What a HUGE accomplishment. Ask some random people if they have ever not eaten for 7 days and most would say, "Dear God no!" Embrace your power! It just seems like you don't give yourself enough praise!
You will get your energy back but take it easy. Lay out in the sun and eat your mango. A nice salty soup broth would be great right now - like miso soup.
I bet that was the best mango you ever ate. I am salivating just thinking about it.
I also broke my last long fast with fruit and then I boiled a yukon gold potato and some cabbage - It was heaven.
I'm so proud of you. It's good to read about someone who likes herself enough to take care of herself.I hope you keep posting!
Cheers,
