Towards dinnertime I started looking for treats.. i mean id been so good right? Watermelon was good for 45mins, I raided that kitchen for a banana, a few olives, 2 salads, ... couldnt quite find what I wanted and the cravings were in full effect! Finally I grabbed some pita bread and dabbed into the thick part of the cookd rib roast GREASE and Awwwww it was sooooo goooooood LOL. I DID WELL THOUGH! I found control and stepped away ...but I was sated, and happy. That probably wont happen again, thats how I am when I do really well , I then want a quick reward. Expect it... maybe I need to incorporate some exercise. Give myself something to keep myself busy till I get a handle on it. x) today Im doing very good and the memory of last night's weakness pleases me - I am not beating myself up over a lil grease!
