Kamut is BRANDED wheat; shouldn't we support heirloom seeds, not support some BRANDED seed that makes a company rich! Kamut has gluten just like other wheat, Kamut is branded, I'm sorry but I'm not going to get excited about a product just because it is made from Kamut.
And if we go to the trouble of baking something ourselves, it's just as easy to use a non-gluten and non-branded grain flour instead. Sorry. Add This Message To Your CureZone Favorites!
