Thank you so much! You are right I just need to keep going. I find it hard not to weigh myself each day but I do need to try not to. And yes fasting had worked for me before too. I am also trying to gain control of my emotional eating and addiction to bad foods. I am not going to give up. Just trying to take it one step at a time, one day at a time.
