As the toxins come out of the cells, they wing around in your system, causing you to feel ill, sick, and mentally 'out of sorts." It's actually a GOOD SIGN.
If you can afford it, get some colonics during your cleanse. (get the poisons out).
What helps me is a HOTTTTTTTT bath with epsom salts (I use a 3 or 4 POUNDS. Soak for half an hour. Have someone there to help you out of the tub. (I am often dizzy afterwards until I lay down for half an hour)
Ha, a few days ago I did a HOT EPSOM TUB and the water turned YELLOW. Whew. Next day, awoke alert and chipper.
Be sure to drink plenty of fluids -- PLENTY. FLUSH. FLUSH
THRU THE COLONIC, SKIN, FLUSHING. GET THE TOXINS OUT WHILE YOU ARE CLEANSING.
