This looks good. I am looking for some soup recipes for winter, which is coming way too quickly this year. I didn't even get to enjoy summer, because I was sick most of it.

I'm a new vegetarian. I do eat eggs and dairy, but no meat. It's hard making the adjustment. I was a flexitarian for many years, then decided that I eat so little meat, what was the use of eating it at all?
