If you want to live don't ever go to this Island, I have been there for a month of Detox and I can tell you it is HELL over there. This person, Leeann Cruz, doesn't know anything about Detox regimes, plus that the place is dirtier then a sewer. This woman almost killed me with her so called Detox methods, including lot's of other guests who where close to dying on her Island.

Luckily Malapacao Island has finally been closed down for business in May this year, thanks to the authorities who took action.
