You are doing great!  Coming up with juice recipes really is a pain.  I get bored during the 40-day fasts.

Regarding the skin - that is very normal.  It's a form of detox.  I highly recommend reading "Toxic Relief" by Dr. Don Colbert while you do the fast, and the earlier, the better.  He explains what happens physiologically during fasts and detoxes. 

Your body will be purging toxins, and it is designed to do so in several different ways:

1. body odor,
2. mucous,
3. acne,
4. boils,
5. BMs,
6. snot,
7. earwax,
8. oily hair,
9. oily skin, etc.

Don't worry. Let it run its course.  You may even have flu-like symptoms, but that's okay. That's your body getting rid of disease.

Keep going.  The first 3 days are a pain.  After 5 you digestive system shuts down and the real healing begins.  I was supposed to be on medication for the rest of my life b/c according to the pill-pushing docs, "It's incurable!"  Well, needless to say, I was cured.

• 2-3 oranges
• 1/4 pineapple
• 1 sweet potato

I know it sounds gross, but trust me.  It tastes like those orange push pops we got from the ice cream truck as a kid.  It is super tastey!
