Rudi, thank you, I am glad to hear you are feeling better.
I had wondered how you were doing.
Hubbie's rash has improved, and I hear you about the wicked wind, we got some here.
I am taking a lot of vit c, iodine, magnesium, calcium, and doing a light amout of detox, don't think I should do a lot right now. Oil pulling is a good one.
