Why do you claim that evidence was not submitted? Just because the judge neglects to look at it does not mean that it was not submitted. The judge in this case merely assumed this case was a "truth movement" conspiracy theory about "bombs in the building," when it was not.

Also, if almost no one supported this case, the judges were free to ignore the law and sweep it under the carpet. The court of appeals judges even stated they were ignoring the law in order to dismiss the case. And the "truth movement" celebrated this.

If Dr. Wood's case was not so strongly backed by the evidence, there is no way her appeal attempts would have made it all the way to the level of the U.S. Supreme Court in October of 2009...

If Dr. Wood's case was not so strongly backed by the evidence, then Mr. John Hutchison would not have filed an affidavit in Dr. Wood's court case, to legally testify to the numerous similarities between The Hutchison Effect and the 9/11 attacks.

These are things which need to be addressed, so I just wanted to offer this information to help your post / article to be more accurate.
