Hi,
I wouldn't mind joining you. I would like to fast until the end of the month or maybe even longer, but will take it slowly.
I'm starting my fast tomorrow. I am also overweight, 239 pounds at 5'6. I am addicted to diet cokes instead of coffee.
If other people can do month long fasts, I'm sure we can too.
