Good to hear this. I took Lexapro and Celexa for about 6 months. Before that I had taken Paxil for over 2 years.

I've tried several other pharmaceuticals as well. I found relief by taking 5-HTP and adding a fish oil supplement.

Nowadays I dont need the 5-HTP or anything else. My lifestyle has changed alot, I stopped smoking and drinking and watching too much TV. I spend at least 15 minutes in direct sunlight, do meditation and yoga.

Surrounded myself with positive people and good friends. And the depression/anxiety just disappeared.
