Smoothie for today so far:
I had two pint jars of these. I guess getting worked up over my mother living in New York on a social security income got me hungry.

Dole frozen mixed fruit
organic marketside mixed greens
bananas
flaxseeds

and in my second jar, I added some rooster sauce and curry for a mood lifter. I was thinking of riding my bicycle today but no I won't. It's cold LOL! I'm such a whimp hehehe.
