I have eczema, on my inner elbow bends on both my arms (red very sore patches, left much worse than right), i also have a similar symptom on my right hand which has been diagnosed by a western doctors as dermatitis, i am vegan, eat a 90% raw diet as part of my everyday life, everything is organic to the max, i consume no processed foods, meat, wheat, dairy or sugars that are not naturally occuring, i am athletically very fit, train weights and cardio daily, fast 1 day per week for 24hours, do not take any pharmaceutical or recreational drugs or smoke drugs, have recently done a bowel cleanse, parasite cleanse, 2-3 ltrs of water is standard practice and have also done zapping and bentonite clay detox too, been raw vegan for 6 months and i am 24 years old, ate meat for 22 years before turning vegan and used to body build eating high amounts of meat daily and whey protein, i have also took anabolic steroids before but have not had any for years and dont intend to as i am a changed man as u can see, i also consider myself to not get stressed as i choose to see every situation optimistically, i am about to do a liver cleanse,
can u please help me to find out what the cause of my eczema is, it is beginning to spread and is coming up in small patches on my back shoulders neck and arms, i am searching to find the cause, please offer your opinion, i have also eliminated all sugars even fruits and natural sugars for the past 5 days which has had a very slightly positive effect but is not that beneficial or effective really, i am doing the liver flush tomorrow, opinions would be appreciated respective of finding the cause,
i take black strap molasses, eat sea veg, herbs, spices, loads of fruit n veg, oats, water, everything brown, nothing white, no soya because of allergy, take fenugreek for lymphatic system to detox, eat nuts and seeds and have tried eliminating these from my diet too, no success, now im trying no sugars, natural or not and have done 5 days with minimal results, i feel excellent and always have very high efficient energy levels, puzzled as to what the cause is, i suspect something in my liver or kidneys, i have muscular definition and low body fat, few weeks ago had some strange things going on with my intestines, done parasite cleanse as suspected a possible giardia parasite infection, feel fine since then, drink ozone water sometimes, does anyone have any ideas of where my eczema is coming from i am on a mission to cure and then will help others . Any suggestions would be more than just appreciated, bless and thank u for your time, i would like to consider myself healthy as i have not been ill with cold or flu or anything other since i cannot remember but i have to admit that something must be wrong internally.
