I'm not sure I understand exactly what you are doing. You are taking AC for 7 days. I take it you plan on doing a liver cleanse with the Epson salt. I would make sure you are hydrated enough before you do a liver cleanse. I believe you may want to try a juice fast after the liver cleanse to keep hydrated. Epson salt is tough on the body, please be cautious of this. I'm on day 15 of my juice fast and have great energy. I will do a liver cleanse after my juice fast.
