That is interesting (and sad) to hear about Chet Day being so out of shape. The way he raves all the time I thought he would be really buff.

I remember when he first started out he was into the raw vegan (or at least raw vegetarian) and would report on the results of himself and his family, and at some point after maybe a year or so his wife went through something intense that caused him to become convinced that she MUST eat meat -- and from there it seems he decided perhaps that everyone must eat meat, I don't know because at that point I was not as interested in reading because it was all put in such an emotional context I guess. Which is funny since if anyone has a history of being too emotional it is me.

But anyhow, yes, I agree that 70% is a raw foodist too. It's all pretty relative how to figure out those percentages anyway. (smile)
