Wednesday 27th of May! It was going to be 23rd but I allowed myself some organic beer throughout so far and I realise that That is not honestly truly challenging my dependance on food and drink + my complexion is not liking it. The plan was/is to drink only water and herbal teas.

I calculated your fast lasts 58 days, that is super-long! Although, quite possibly it's the first week or so that's the most treacherous. I do hope you you are successful, some of us just have to be, pleeeeeeeeeeeease...
