My mother has had tendonitis in her arm for about a year now and the doctors haven't helped one bit. Your blogs are very informative and I have shown her your website. I read about the massaging 30 seconds every half hour...is that the only thing she should try, or is there more? Also, will this get rid of the tendonitis permanently?

One more thing: I am very curious to read the third part for this subject "Is Tendonitis Permanent?"
