Oh, my, it's been way too long since I got back to this website to check your answer. I thank you very much for your good answer. It's not what I expected at all, but maybe that's why you're right.
Self massage every half of every waking hour is going to keep me busy, but I will try it. The hot packing has worked before for other things, but for this elbow it seems to be making it worse, as I mentioned, so I stopped it. You mentioned that a cold pack reduces inflammation. So I wonder if I should be putting on an ice pack a couple times a day, as well as the massage. I'll begin tonight.
By the way, is there any nutritional approach that might be helpful. Perhaps certain enzymes or amino acids are helpful. Or even an herbal poultice. Thanks again.
