Just wanted to tell you I started my blog and I'm starting my fast at midnight tonight, as well. Not sure how long I'm going to go- I'll let my body decide that one; at least 15-21 days. We have just about the same stats (except my age!)I'm 5'7 and weigh about 145 (will weigh accurately in the a.m.)I'm 39, though. My 40th birthday is June 17th and I want to clean my body, change my body, and adopt a totally healthy eating plan. Check out my blog and keep in touch. Good luck!
