what a coincidence! today was supposed to be my day 4 as well but i also feel as bad as you feel because i ate my aunts irresistable chicken stew for supper last night! I had mixed emotions while doing it, i felt dissapointed and enjoyed myself at the same time! but i stil feel disapointed in my self anyhow, however i gone from 62kilograms, (i dont know how much that is in pounds), to an impressive 57 kg's! i feel much lighter than when i started and also feel a bit healthier.my aim is to start healhtier eating habits until my next water fast.

i am @ work at the moment and am about to have breakfast, i'm sorry but i wont be fasting again any time soon. but i wish you all the best on your starting over, will keep checking up on you though.

And congrats on the 5 pounds you lost! i believe you will do better this time-if @ first you dont succeed, dust yourself off and try again! i am rooting for you gal!-GO!GO!Go!!!:-)
