hello everyone today is the first day of my second fast. Let me start by saying the first time i succesfully completed a fast was this time of year 2yrs ago, I was 190 pounds had tried every diet for over four yrs after having my first child and well nothing ever worked. i heard about juicing in the miracle diet book i could never get shots or medical treatment for my weight (no money for that) but the book did say i could reset my mind and not crave the junk if i juiced for 21 days. well i figured i would give it a try. It was crazy each day its own struggle of some sort. But i read a blog on this site of a lady who juiced and she blogged how she felt every day the emotional roller coaster doing this was and the pysical side effects. Her blog helped me through and hearing of her progress was a real inspiration, so to that lady thank you and to others i hope this will help u like i was once helped. NOW let me say this i finished my that fast at 160 pounds it was amazing. And yes i felt my mind in some ways did reset i continued to eat healthy for months after getting down to 140. SO two years later the food has got me again and im up to 163 i figure i better catch it now before i gain anymore. wish me luck one day down and this day for me is the easiest. one day is ok lots and lots of juice and water keep me full. Tomorrow will be another day.
