In addition to my last comment, i would love to hear another update, especially since you went back to eating meat. Has it been six months? Have you kept up with your daily pracitce of shivambu?
Also, thought i'd recommend kundalini yoga to improve muscle tone - it's guaranteed to work! I think you can find clips on youtube, or videos at amazon.com
