Hi,

I noticed your blog a couple of minutes ago and was wondering what exactly IS a Daniels fast? To my understanding its something like no meat, but you can eat fish, also lots of veggies and fruits, nuts eggs etc.? Whats it like and how exactly are you administering your fast?

Thanks in advance for your response. I'll continue to check your blog for your experiences et. al. on this.
