took the darn traffic school class--went to two 4-hour sessions--and got through it just fine, thank you very much! In retrospect, Spirit didn't want me to pull the "sick" card--if I want to be healthy, then I have to act and BE healthy. So, I signed up for the class and went!

How did I survive it? I pulled the "shaman" card--meditated briefly before I went, and protected myself by visualizing the White Light of Spirit surrounding me, and the Grid of Many Colors sitting over me like a sheath repelling all negativity, and a "bubble" of protection that repelled all negative energies--negative energies of any chemical "smells" or negative emotions of others. Then I annointed my medicine bag with one drop of peppermint pure essential oil and wore it around my neck, and for good measure put dried sage and tobacco in my pant's pocket, and off to class I went!

in class, we were allowed to get up any time we wanted to use the bathroom. whenever I started to smell "smells" i.e. other's chemical products--laundry product/perfumes, etc, I just got up and went into the bathroom and re-visualized my protective bubble, sniffed at the peppermint oil permeating my leather medicine bag--which energized me, and crushed and sniffed the sage leaves--which cleared my head and alleviated headache. This worked through two classes! Wow!
