i think you have been doing an awesome job. during november, while you are not fasting, try and eat as healthy as you can - even if that just means having fresh fruit only until midday. any changes you can make to your diet before you fast again will make the process much easier (i promise!)

the water fasting forum is not always like that - it is just a bit nutty at the moment. i try not to read all the negative posts or get involved in squabbles and baiting and *blah*

maybe it will become a nice place to post when you fast again. here's hoping!
